Programs

Infant Class

Our infant class is very spacious and roomy, each baby has space to move and grow as they develop their muscles. Our room is filled with a variety of sensory, mobile and developmental toys to help master individual skills. Miss Jo takes very good care of the infants and has been with Bennion Learning Center since we opened in July of 2008.

Toddler Class

Our toddlers have so much fun and explore with a variety of sensory, gross motor and fine motor skills. Toddlers are very independent and need lots of hands on experiences to help them gain understanding and knowledge of the world around them. Miss Rosa provides a fun and inviting atmosphere. Miss Rosa has been with Bennion learning Center since we opened in July of 2008

2 Year Class

Our two's class are learning new things everyday! They are so busy playing house, driving cars, building with blocks, making beautiful art projects and so much more. Everyday our class sings songs and read books as well as practice their very important social skills. Miss Natolie came to Bennion Learning Center in July of 2011.

3 Year Class

Our three year old class enjoys their independence and enjoys using their skills every day. In this preschool class we work on letters, numbers, shapes, colors and so much more. We enjoy our music and reading time. However, playtime is the best time for learning! Miss Jessica came to Bennion Learning center in October of 2011

4 Year Class

Miss Carrie is the teacher in our four's class, our four year olds spend their day preparing for Kindergarten. Learning their abc' and mastering the skills that will be needed as they enter our private kindergarten class. Our class room has many areas of play for them to practice real life skills in as they begin to understand the world they live in. Miss Carrie has been with Bennion Learning Center since we opened in July of 2008. (Except for her maternity leave) 

Kindergarten

Our private kindergarten class offers an excellent choice to public schools. Our class size is limited to 17 students. The curriculum is the same offered throughout the Jordan and Granite school districts and we follow a traditional school calendar. Our students have tested far higher in the first grade than those who attended the public Kindergartens, Our students our involved in community events and take field trips each month. Miss Elizabeth and Miss Jessie work in our Kindergarten class and have both been with Bennion Learning Center since June and August of 2010.

School Age Kids

Miss Rae runs the school age class and summer camp programs. Our school age classroom offers a variety of activities, field trips and community involvement. Miss Rae incorporates many social skills into her daily schedule to help our youth understand and prevent bullying, peer pressure and other negative behaviors. Miss Rae also works to help our youth make healthy choices for themselves. We have a homework hour where each student does the homework provided to them by their school or practice sheets for those who need a little extra support in their academics. During the summer months and off track times our class is out on field trips or doing community projects 2 to 3 times a week. Miss Rae has been with Bennion Learning Center since July of 2010.
